Jacquelyn S. Mussell

Our mother has been a resident here for two years; after a fall and several surgeries she was unable to live independently or be left alone, 24/7. It was difficult to entrust out mothers care to anyone other than family; however, the staff at Mason Country Care welcomed her and us. They are a smaller facility, which was a criteria we wanted for mom; no clinical atmosphere here. She is treated like a family member and they are warm and caring. They tend to her physical, emotional, and medical needs. They pay attention to her status and have great communication back to us on the state of her health with recap of nurse visits or new episodes. Her food is prepared daily and they let her include her favorites. We visit very often day or night and that is welcomed here. They contact us immediately if she is in need or has a decline in her health status.

Mom has become fond of her caregivers and we especially appreciate the special attention they give her… it may be doing her hair, or dancing with her, viewing her cherished family photos, or just visiting with her. We appreciate Chris Simon and all the Staff for the personal attention they give to our mother.

I do not hesitate to recommend Mason Senior Country Care home. They truly have a unique situation to provide assisted living and care to elders.

Jan and Gloria

Dansville Country Care is a nice country living area. It is a small, friendly town but Dansville's Country Care home is anything but small when it comes to warmth, care, and love for their residents. Gloria has been there for 3 years now and loves the caregivers more everyday. They celebrate every birthday as a special day for each person, and it is such a wonderful family setting, but more than that the medical care they get is outstanding and that means a lot to us. We love the place and will stay until the end.
